Does anyone want to buy Dr. Phil's 20/20 Diet book? Well....okay, just thought I would ask.
Dr. Phil's diet got old I'm afraid. I did lose a few pounds, but it really became hard to prepare the food. However, the one good thing that came out of this attempt, was ....I no longer drink Diet Coke)))
That in of itself is a huge thing for me. Not sure I ever posted how many Diet Cokes I could finish off in a 24-hour period, but let's just say.....a 12-pack didn't last long in my frig. I still hate drinking water, but I do really try to drink more.
Drum roll!!! I've lost 14-15 pounds so I'm about half way or better to reaching my goal. I'm riding my bike more and hopefully with the increased exercise I'll continue to see some weight loss and firming up in various places.
Aging is hard....I mean you are always so very grateful to be blessed enough to be able to exercise and to even still be here on this Earth! But, human behavior creeps in and we moan and groan about brown spots, saggy skin, no longer having the strength to do things like we used to.....and I could go on and on, but I won't)))
But, if you ever find anything to deal with brown spots effectively....call me.
